Since we have up-front, non-refundable costs when planning the tours, we are not in a position to give you a refund if your plans change for any reason. This allows us to maintain a small group size, trip quality, and level of service. That is why we REQUIRE that you purchase trip insurance that allows you reimbursement for cancelling for any reason. In the highly unlikely event that an Elite Adventures for Women tour has to rescheduled or cancelled, we offer you the following options: · You can join us on the rescheduled trip at a later date (we will coordinate with everyone to try to find dates that are agreeable to everyone) · You can apply your payment towards a different trip

Many Women have a wanderlust for travel, but don't want to "go it alone" for a variety of reasons. Safety being high on the list. Women traveling together and discovering a new place with a small group (6-10) is a completely different experience than going on your own or with a larger mixed group. While many of the women who travel with us are traveling alone, they’re not solo for long. After our first glass of wine on night one, the stories and laughter begin. By the end of the tour, you will have new found friends. And a possible future travel companion for your next tour with Elite Adventures for Women.

Most of our travelers are women traveling alone. They’re single or widowed, married with husbands who can’t or don’t want to travel, or just want a new experience. The balance are mothers & daughters, sisters, and close friends who travel together.

All our trips are organized and priced based on single occupancy at all the places we stay. However, if you are traveling with a friend or a family member and prefer to share you can do so and you will reap some savings. We will never match you up with a stranger. Occasionally, when we stay in private villa's that are unique homes, some might need to share a bathroom. You will always be informed of this beforehand and normally we will offer a price reduction to all those who sign up to share bathrooms.
